Name one or two obstacles you encounter when doing social commerce or social selling

I worked in an e-commerce seller company. My company started social commerce in the first quarter of this year. For god sake, it triples my workload.

wonder does everyone do social commerce encounter similar obstacles? Please name 1 or 2 drawbacks in your work. I will start with mine:

  1. high volume interactions on social media but hard to identify who has high potential to buy. So it’s hard for me to prioritize messages.
  2. People have accounts across different platforms. They sometimes use different accounts to do one interaction although we encourage them to stick to one channel.
